the house
The MaineViewHouse is a seafront vacation sanctuary nestled by nature. The house is situated on the border of Machias and Roque Bluffs. A blueberry hill, pine forest, fresh water pond and 415 feet of private rocky shore grace the 4 plus acres. The property offers three private access points connecting the house with the Little Kennebec Bay. Two sets of stairs and one natural path are perfect places for launching a kayak or canoe. Enjoying special cozy picnics or places to take in the positive healing and balancing energy of the water at high and low tide. The simplicity that nurtures the soul is activated for many in these spots. The local fishermen add a charm as they pull and set their lobster traps.
Total relaxation can be experienced whatever the season, whatever phase of life and whatever the state of your soul if you choose it. The penetrating warmth of the sun's heat on the rocks relaxes tight muscles. The ocean winds awaken new priorities. The rhythm of the tidal bay holds lessons about balance that only listening to your own inner voice can bring.
